1. Agreement to these Terms

Welcome to Games2 Network (games2.net) (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, operated by Perfezasian (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to every visitor, whether you stop by once or use the Site every day. A few sections below apply only if you leave a comment, play a game, or click an affiliate link—and say so where they do.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you confirm you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and that you aren’t barred from using it under any applicable law or sanctions list.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Train, fine-tune, or build a commercial dataset from our content without a written license from us

• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or disclosure notice

4. Games, play, and third-party content

Games2 Network is a hub, not a game studio. The games playable here are licensed from third-party game catalogs and developer networks and are served into a frame on our pages. We do not author, own, host, or control them.

• Each game is governed by its own developer’s or publisher’s terms and privacy policy, which apply to you when you play it
• Games may display their own advertising, including video ads, and may offer in-game purchases or links to paid apps
• Game availability changes without notice—titles are added and withdrawn by the catalog provider, not by us
• Age ratings and content descriptors are supplied by the provider; we surface them as given and do not independently classify every title
• Saved progress, scores, and in-game items are generally held by the game provider or in your browser’s local storage, are not guaranteed to persist, and cannot be recovered or transferred by us

In-game purchases. Any payment you make inside a third-party game is a transaction between you and that developer, publisher, or their payment processor. We do not process it, do not receive it, and cannot issue a refund for it. Refund requests go to the party that took the payment.

Cheating, exploits, and leaderboards. Where the Site offers leaderboards or competitive features, manipulating scores, exploiting bugs for ranking, or using automation to play on your behalf is a breach of these Terms, and we may remove entries or revoke access without notice.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit comments, reviews, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You keep ownership of what you wrote — this license just lets us show it.

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing on someone else’s rights, and not to post personal information about another person without their consent.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion, and to close commenting on any post. We are not obligated to monitor user content, and we do not endorse it—views expressed in comments are the commenter’s own.

6. Affiliate links and referrals

The Site contains affiliate links, including as a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We may earn a commission or referral fee from purchases or bookings made through these links, at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, availability, fulfillment, warranty, or conduct of these third parties. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party, governed by their terms, and any dispute about it—shipping, returns, defects, billing—must be taken up with them.

7. Intellectual property

All original content on the site—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, photography, video, and site branding—is owned by Perfezasian or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding or content without written permission, except for brief quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

8. Third-party sites and services

The site links to and embeds material from other websites and services. We don’t control them, we don’t vet them continuously, and we’re not responsible for their content, policies, security, or practices. Following an outbound link means you’ve left our site, and the other party’s terms and privacy policy take over from that point.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Site is free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that recommendations, methods, or referred third parties will meet your needs, and results may vary based on materials, condition, skill, and other factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfezasian, its owners, operators, contributors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, or your interactions with any third party (including affiliate merchants, game providers, and referred service providers), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfezasian and its owners and operators harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or to any feature of it, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Site or to other users. Sections that by their nature should survive—intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—survive termination.

13. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make a material change, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using the Site.

14. Governing Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there—except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own place of residence.

Before filing anything, please email us and give us 30 days to resolve it directly. Most problems turn out to be fixable with a conversation.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate & Review Disclosure, and DMCA & Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
